  • The chocolate bagel has been perfected, even though difficult to make!
  • Our chocolate filling is made with "organic cocoa nibs", "mini semi-sweet baking chips" and  all-natural dutch-process black cocoa". 
  • We take our basic Kansas Plain dough mix, roll it out, infuse with our triple chocolate and then form into a full size bagel creation.
  • Water boiled, sprinkled with the black cocoa powder and turbinado sugar.
  • Oven baked to a golden brown.
  • Slice, lightly toast, butter and enjoy!
  • Three "Triple Chocolate" Bagel limit per order.
