The chocolate bagel has been perfected, even though difficult to make!
Our chocolate filling is made with "organic cacoa nibs", "mini semi-sweet baking chips" and  all-natural dutch-process black cocoa". 
We take our basic Kansas Plain dough mix, roll it out, infuse with our triple chocolate and then form into a full size bagel creation.
Water boiled, sprinkled with the black cocoa powder and turbinado sugar.
Oven baked to a golden brown.
Slice, lightly toast, butter and enjoy!
