Basic New York Style Bagel - Perfected in Kansas. Made in small batches, hand formed, refrigerated overnight, and water boiled. Sesame seeds hand sprinkled on one side and more sesame seeds pressed on to the top; then oven baked to a golden brown. After cooling they are double bagged for immediate consumption or freezing.
