Basic New York Style Bagel - Perfected in Kansas. Made in small batches, hand formed, refrigerated overnight, and water boiled. Everything seeds hand pressed on one side and more everything seeds pressed on to the top; then oven baked to a golden brown. After cooling they are double bagged for immediate consumption or freezing. Everything includes: black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, poppy seeds, onion, garlic, black pepper and salt.
