Basic New York Style Bagel - Perfected in Kansas. Made in small batches, hand formed, refrigerated overnight, boiled, corn meal on the bottom; Jalapeño (HOT) with Cheddar on the top and then oven baked to a golden brown. After cooling they are double bagged for immediate consumption or freezing. Topped with Vlasic Hot peppers and Sharp Cheddar Cheese.
