The cinnamon bagels has been perfected with our Cinnamon²Sugar² spice.
Our spice is made with Saigon Cinnamon & Ceylon Cinnamon + Maple Sugar & Brown Sugar
We take our basic Kansas Plain dough mix, roll it out, infuse with our Cinnamon²Sugar² and then form into a full size bagel creation.
Water boiled, sprinkled with the Saigon Cinnamon and Turbinado Sugar.
Oven baked to a golden brown.
Slice, lightly toast, butter and enjoy!
