Bagels have seeds on both sides. Everyone is hand dipped in a mixture of toppings including, sesame seeds ( black and white), poppy seeds, onion flakes, black pepper, salt, garlic and caraway seeds. Everyone is different with a different taste bite.

Plain dough bagels are mixed in small batches, hand formed, fermented overnight, water boiled and baked to a golden brown.

White sesame seeds are hand coated on both sides of our plain dough bagel.
