Our plain dough bagels are coated on two sides with white sesame seeds.
Sesame Seed Bagels
This is our signature bagel perfected over 30 years is coated on both sides with white sesame seeds.
Perfect size, excellent crumb density, slightly sweet, slightly salty, nice crust.
Small Batch Mixed
Small batch mixed dough.
Each one is hand formed with character and love.
Each one is individually weighed.
Fermented overnight.
Water boiled and baked to a golden brown.
Ingredients
King Arthur high protein flour, salt, organic sugar, and malt powder.
Each bagel is topped with a white egg wash and sesame seeds on both sides
Wrapping
Each bagel is individually wrapped in plastic bag and sealed with paper tape.
Wrapped bagel can be defrosted in the sealed bag.
I reccomend microwave for one minute at 30% power.
Slice and enjoy.
Toasting
Bagels toast best in a toaster oven with the cut side down.
Heat without slicing to get a crusty exterior and a hot steamy interior.
Packing
Individually wrapped bagels are packed in a fitted bag in units of six.
Freeze and then remove as needed.
Reseal with the wire tie.
