Our Kansas Great Plains bagel is the base for our cheese bagels.

Water boiled and ready for the cheese toppings.

Hand sliced fresh jalapeño peppers are layered on the freshly boiled bagel.

Full sliced of aged cheddar cheese is placed on top of the peppers. 

Most of the peppers stay on the top during baking.

I love this bagel, but it is too hot for me.

I peel away the peppers after baking or toasting and then I have a great bagel that is not too hot.
